A volt meter hooked to the pack and laid on your seat while driving will document what the pack is doing.

Where did you get the new MCOR? Is it China or Mexico??
Thank you and it is a china MCOR

After testing the batteries one read 6.7
Thank you

This table will tell you. As you can see 6.37 or 6.7 is toast. The other readings must have been taken when just off the charger (or still on it).

You should charge the batteries, then check the water to make sure no cells are dry (top up if they are), then charge again for a balanced charge, then take it off the charger and let it sit (do not use) for at least 12 hours, then measure the voltages. You should get voltages in the range of this chart.

If that battery stays very low but all the rest are OK see if you can get another battery from a dealer or a club that is about the same age, type and voltage range as your other good batteries and replace the bad battery. It is not a good idea to buy a new battery to replace it.

Trying to charge a pack with a very bad battery like that, really just overcharges the other 5 trying to get to full charge voltage on that bad battery. It is not best to replace only one, but is best choice here; same exact battery. IMHO

Let me ask this question with a bad battery in the pack setting for 24 hours will it affect the volt reading on the others cause they read higher numbers after charging if i get a new battery will the others drop in voltage
