Default pds questions

I'm back with more questions.
I have a 2004 EZ go pds with altrax DCX 300. New t 105's. The rest of cart is bone stock.
I'm only running 12 mph on flat ground. Everything work as it should, with the exception of peddle response is (or feel like) it has a pause in it.

Anyone have a good place to start?? I don't think this is the speed that I should be see on this cart. Other ones I have owned are a little bit faster.

Thanks all
Sonny

PDS with a DCX should be in the low to mid 20s. Hook laptop up to verify controller is seeing 100% throttle (while your in there, check which field map is installed). If that's not it, check voltage on both motor "A" terminals when at full speed, should be within a couple volts of pack voltage.

You should also get an amber led when full throttle
