Default Ezgo predator swap issues

Ive put everything together hopped in hit the gas and i go about 3 mph tops....what do i do now? New clutches? Gearing? Im so confused! Any advice is very appreciated

year and model cart can help. Sounds like belt/clutch issue??? You might need to post a few more times, but pics of the install might go along way in helping you out.
