Default Light Connection for 2006 Precedent after 12 Volt - 8 Volt Conversion

Greeting wise forum members. I have been a long time knowledge seeker here but this will be my first question. Thanks for all the help through the years.

I just completed a 12 volt to 8 volt conversion on my 2006 precedent (see pic). I installed a 36/48 volt to 12 volt voltage converter (see pic) but am not sure how to hook it up. I think the 2006 precedent was pre-wired for lights from the factory and the headlights & taillights were working fine before the conversion.

The black wire with the yellow bullet connector and the blue wire, both coming from the wire harness "I think" are the positive and negative for the lights (see pic). I can hook them up to a 12 volt battery and the lights work. I can also connect them across the negative of battery #1 & the positive of battery #2 for 16 volts and the lights work. *I can also connect them across batteries negative of battery #3 & the positive of battery #4 for 16 volts and the lights work, but the solenoid clicks and I'm not sure why that is.

I was hoping to find a way to hook these two wire to the voltage converter and have it work like is does with the 12 volt battery. So far my trial and error combinations have been unsuccessful. I have included a picture of the wiring diagram that came the voltage converter (see pic).

Thanks Again
