Voltage will vary some with charger. What charger is it?

Now at 45.03...should I unplug? Think the charger may have been overcharging the other batteries that is why they were bad...

Ammeter doesn't mean if batteries are charged or not.

Meter can be at 10 amps with older batteries and be charged, or could be at 1 amp with new batteries and still not be charged because the are not equalized. Final 4 hours of the charge cycle are the most critical, as this is the equalization charge.
