EZGO DCS faster speed
I have a all stock DCS cart that I was getting 11 to 12 mph...on all flat roads, no hills where I live.
I put in a new battery pack and switched out the cables from worn out stock cables to all new 2 gauge...replaced all of the cables including the ones to the motor. Now the cart is getting 13 to 14 mph. I know its only 1 to 2 mph faster, but I wonder if it going faster because of the new batteries or the cables or both? New controller going in soon...as well... Re: EZGO DCS faster speed
New Alltrax should get you to 20 and just plugs in. I would replace the solenoid as well.

Re: EZGO DCS faster speed
Speed increase is probable due to both new batteries and good cables.
12MPH is the spec speed for a DCS and you are getting 14MPH, so your tires might be about 20" tall rather than the stock 18". |
