Default Precedent Blue Accessory Wire Missing

Recently purchased a 2007 48V club car Precedent. I bought a factory lite kit to install and was just about done when I got to the end and was going to hook up the fuse to the #4 battery and couldn't because I don't have that blue wire that is discussed in the directions. I've tried to do my due diligence and search, but can't figure out why it wouldn't be there, or what to replace it with. Really it's not a big deal to just put one on, but I'm not sure what gauge it should be and don't want to cause any extra issues by using something to small or large. Any help would be appreciated.

Look inside the split conduit. It may have not been pulled out properly. Search the harness and discover if the blue wire was in that harness kit you bought.

I found the blue wire in the split conduit. It was actually the blue wire coming off the #4 positive battery post that wasn't there. I just made one and seems to be working fine. I used 12 gauge wire and figured it would be fine for the lights because the fuse wire was 14.
