Default lift and tires

I want to put 20" tires so I'm thinking I'm going to need to go 4" A arm lift. Do I need to consider any wheel offset when picking a wheel and tire. I don't care for the offset look so I would rather just go with standard wheels. Thinking a 12" wheel with 20" tires.

I have had several carts (DS's) with 20" tires and no lift. Anything more and a lift was required. Not 100% sure about a Precedent.

Any pictures of 4" lift with 20" tires on a Precedent would be appreciated

This is a thread I was reading with a 1/2" lift and 20" tires so you should be more than fine.
