First Time Buyer - need help
Quote:
My cart I got is an I2 Excel. What is the reason for converting to IQ for upgrades? What is involved in the swap? I have the speed code 4 installed but really want as much torque as possible for off road and pulling a small trailer for debris removal. |

Re: First Time Buyer - need help
The reason for converting is that there aren't upgrades for the Excel system. Convert it to IQ and use any IQ controller you want
Replacing the entire harness and controller are what's involved |

Re: First Time Buyer - need help
I have an excel cart and bought a new 500amp controller from fsip without swapping out the harness. And it works great.

Re: First Time Buyer - need help
Cost is $609.00 for the controller, by the time you buy an IQ wire harness and a controller plus the time and effort to replace it. You will still be sitting at a $609.00 price tag. Just get the controller from fsip then plug and play.
