hey there tom, yup i lost drive both ways, i think i might have sheared the teeth on the ring and pinion. i kinda needed an excuse to get the high speed gears, will i loose slot of the bottom end torque?

Next
Unless you put a blower and nitrous on there you didn't strip those two gears. They are 1" wide helical cut and will take way more than what you threw at em. What year club and what size tires did you end up running.

well the rear end is a 91 model, im running 26 in blackwater tires.. i gotta look into it yet , i had the rear welded also but the welds let loos to, so might have grenaded the differential. hey, i love the lift, good quality!!

Yeah you need to figure out if it is the F&R unit or the diff, Sound like if might be in the diff if you have that loose weld floating around in there.

well here is the problem.. seems the welds let go in the rear and must have lodged in between the gears and split out the side of the carrier, so if any one knows where i can find a new carrier for tthis baby, pm me or let me know, please!!

well i actually was able to do some fancy welding to make this all work, i welded the gears together inside the carrier, it is solid now, definetly shouldnt have any more issues with this. i love the power that big block give me, to cool!!!
