Club Cart Turf Cart with 580cc arctic cat engine

So I picked up a new project yesterday


Has a "running when pulled" 580cc arctic cat engine. All there some of it is in boxes. Wiring I have to go through see what I need and don't need from the ecu, etc. Mount the engine pretty straight forward


Couple questions as I get started.
1. Does the motor need to be mounted with some kind of rubber bushing in line or can I bolt it directly in?
2. How are should my center to center of each pulley be using the stock club cart belt?
3. It doesn't have a radiator or exhaust. I am gonna use a Honda civic radiator with a electric fan I am in New Mexico so keeping it cool is important. Exhaust I will build the Y pipe but what can I use for the can?
4. What should I do for the fuel pump?

If anyone has used the same engine with a build thread that would be great. I think the hardest part is going to be figuring out all the wiring but any help is appreciated

SO determined that the arctic cat is no good. SO leaning towards a bike engine.

First question is will the stock tranaxle hold up to say 500cc? Best way to get power to it would be a jack shaft?

I have a rear axle out of a atv that I could use on it as well.
