Re: Someone help me identify this atv!!!!
This strongly resembles the front end of the Suzuki 230 I had.

I agree, Suzuki 230 or 160. It's the gold wheels that give it away.

Re: Someone help me identify this atv!!!!
There was a 230 sport that was just a sport atv, no racks. They also made the same version with racks, lights, and electric start with pull start backup. That one looks to me like the 230 Quadsport front end, they were a little different. They also made a 160 Quadsport in the same years, just a smaller engine. I found this site might be helpful...
https://sites.google.com/site/suzuki...ult/specs-info Also found this on ebay...looks like 13.5" eye to eye on the front shocks. http://www.ebay.com/itm/87-88-89-90-...0c3964&vxp=mtr |

Re: Someone help me identify this atv!!!!
your prob going to need to step up on the weight capacity of the shocks anyway. Stock shocks will be too soft. From my build the stock honda foreman shocks where WAY to soft. Find some freebees somewhere and try before you go spending,...
I used Rhino shocks then had to move them out closer to the wheels to maximize the weight ratio. (my cushman is 1400 lbs) |
