Default Air Filter and Carb Jets

Hello every one,
I got a question I want to get a K&N air filter for my Yamha G2 Golf Cart and also I wanted to know if it would be smart to get this Jet for the Carb \http://www.cartpartsplus.com/carb-je...11-lifted.html
It says for carts with bigger tires and thats me so is it worth the money
Thanks for any opions
Nick

i ran a k&n on mine, no issues at all.. the jet kit is a nice add on, look into opening up the exhaust to let it breath better, it makes a big difference!

john

are you saying to go with a modified muffler over the stock one? I'm looking to get a muffler and would appreciate any thoughts you had. But I don't plan on changing the intake, so would I be wasting my time? I'm also going to try the carb intake from cpp, it's cheap enough to give it a shot!

Also does any one have any instructions on how to replace the Jet in the Carb?

In my opinion, More air means more fuel needed. I would talk to Tom at CPP and ask the question before ordering. He's a "staright shooter guy". I know, I've bought many things from him and he's always willing to awnser questions. Good luck and let all of us know "your" findings....It will help another decide. Dave

I agree, Tom's the man and he has what you need to hop-up your G2.
