Default Ideas for the best maintenance!

I've been doing as much work, myself on my Yamaha gas powered golf cart as possible, which isn't always easy, but in the end,it Absolutely worth it!
I reccomend for anyone living in a place where extreme climate changes occur,to thoroughly Clean their cart regularly, not only the visible areas, but also the engine areas(where acceptable),after doing so,use a heavier duty lubricant, such as a silicone spray, than the lighter WD40 type of lubricant, for better coverage&protection, throughout the seasons.
I highly recommend using higher grade gasoline in your gas powered carts, other grades may be cheaper@the pump, but paying a little extra for better grade gasoline is worth it in the long run!
I personally have had very good results, overall by using a fuel-motor treatment, such as Marvel's or Sea Foam.Using the treatments regularly has helped my cart run a lot more smoothly,as well as helping get better gas mileage.
I live in an area where, depending on the time of year,it gets dark early, very quickly, and although it's not legal to utilize headlights on publicly traveled roads,(mine are currently not working&I'm uncertain as to why),but I,like many other members of the forum probably do,utilize my cart on private property, needless to say,it gets extremely difficult to see when you've lost track of time&the sun goes down, so I've installed(very easily)2 Nice Affordable-solar operated-with back up batteries on my cart,to help with visibility,if need be.
I also live in an area with several various types of animals, all hours of the day,to help avoid possible accidents, I reccomend using animal alert whistles, they're very inconspicuous, but in my opinion, they do help to avoid potential accidents, you just have to be sure they're clean of bugs, debris, dirt, etc.,so the air can successfully pass through them to emit the sound for the alert.
Hopefully some of you are able to utilize 1or more of these tips to keep your cart running Strong&Well for Many Years To Come! 😊
