EZGO PDS Charging Issues

I have in intermittent problem with my PDS cart. When I plug my cart in to charge, the charger fails to turn on, it does not even click. This has happened in the past but I was always able to eventually get it to start charging. I currently have approx. 60% battery life, per my meter. I am plugged directly into a power outlet, no extension cord. I have switched the pds control to tow and made sure the key was off and in neutral. The only thing that has happened lately was the insulator ring that covers one of the 2 prongs in the plug housing on the cart had fallen off. I was able to get it back on, although it was a very tight fit. It has charged since then. Actually started charging Saturday night with the first plug in. Then Sunday it would not. you may have a bad circuit board in your cahrger. I have seen a few chargers do weird stuff and the circuit board fixes it.

Main thing to do is check all your battery connections for corrosion and tightness. A loose/bad batttery cable will make the charger do weird stuff also. Check you battery water level.
