Default Battery Cable

I have 2 carts, one a 85CC 36v and the other is a 96 ezgo 36v. I would like to replace the cables on both carts to 4 ga. I have acess to cable, crimps and ends at work but that means I have to make the cables there. So I would like to know what the length and how many of each for the batteries and back to the motor I would need. The cables on the carts are a quick fix/ patch job to make sure the cart worked. I would like to clean them up a bit. Thanks in advance.

On the CC you can make five @ 13" for the batts ..... You are gonna have to use a cloth tape or such to measure the others ....
