Default Fuel Issue

Just installed an A-Arm lift kit and serviced a 1995 Club Car Gas, including fuel filters oil and oil filter and air filter. Now it seems to be starved for fuel on occasion.. Does anyone have any potential suspects? Thanks.

Can you be a bit more specific? Is it crapping out? If so, when? Or is it just not as fast as before?

It's crapping out after a short ride, then will only go 15 feet or so at a time..

What happens when it craps out? Does the motor shut off and you have to wait for a few minutes for it to be able to start again? Or is it just a stumble and you never stop moving?

Please reply, "The_Shocker". I desperately need to see how this issue is solved and am too new and insecure on the forum to start a thread of my own.

Fireman is correct. Was wondering if the tension on the fuel line could be the culprit?? was hoping someone might have had the same problem.. Sorry for the slow responses..

It sounds like a carb problem, but I can't tell you for sure why it would have started right after the new lift. I had the same issue with my cart a couple years ago and I just switched carbs and it went away.

One thing with these lifts is that they cause the motor cradle to drop in the rear with the axle, while the front of the cradle rises with the lift. This shouldn't create an issue like the one you're having, but there may be some issues with your carb that may be aggravated by the now-unleveled position of the motor.

I can't think of how tension on the fuel lines would create that problem, so I doubt that's the issue.

be sure and check the pulsating line from crank case?

Had one that consistently filled up with oil and wouldn't run.

Check the grounding strap from starter- gen to the frame when lifting it will make it tight and from the movement will break
