Default Correct charger

I recently bought a late 90s electric club car. I did not come with a charger and I seem to be having problems locating the correct charger. It is a a 36 volt with a round receptacle. All 36 volt chargers I have seen all have the crowfoot instead of the round one. Any idea on with is the correct charger?

Are you sure that the cart is a 36v and not a 48 volt?

The round plug was reserved for 48v carts only...... so you may have 6v batteries in a 48v cart?

The owner thought the original charger was a powerdrive. Is there a way to check if indeed 6 volt batteries were in stalled instead of 8 volt?

Count the fill holes on one battery. Each fill hole is 2v.

Are you asking if the cart should have (6)6v instead of (6)8v or vis versa?

Follow the large black wire going from your main battery negative, does it go directly to the motor or does it go through a yellow/orange box(On Board Computer) just above your batteries to the controller?

It is possible somebody has removed the OBC and was using a stand alone charger?
The control and motor should be marked with voltage ratings, but really all round plug carts were originally 48v. putting 6v in a 48v cart is a common mistake
