Default Denago Nomad communication failure

I have a 2024 Nomad XL and am attempting to access the programming features. I have downloaded the 205 software, and have the following files loaded into the correct folder:

ACS1-20210427-1-E-C.fdev
License-TAO_Denago-20240119114858.flic

I am getting an error when I try to connect:
"Communication failed, as it not receive response info"

My controller model number is as follows:
FJZC-G1-001-TT-48V-02

At this point I feel as if i may have the wrong .FDEV file, but I can't find the 2022 FDEV. Any solutions would be appreciated.

the wrong fdev would not cause a comms error. And neither would a mismatched flic.

my guess is that you've selected the wrong comm port or you have a cable issue

Could the wrong drivers for the cable cause this? Laptop seemed to accept the cable just fine and install drivers, just wondering if there are baud rate issues or something along those lines that could be causing this error

I've never loaded extra drivers, Windows always works with internal drivers just fine. What cable are you using, Cart Cables?

Your port should be set to 19200 N81

Checked all my comm settings. Everything looks in order. At a loss here.
