Suspension:

• New 6” Steeleng Heavy Duty Double A-Arm Suspension Liftai

ELECTRICAL:

All connections are crimped, soldered, and heat shrunk.

All wiring is Marine Grade, professionally installed, and tucked away from weather and road grime.

All circuits are connected to a built-in 12 way fuse block with ground

All critical and high amp circuits have either an additional in-line fuse or circuit breaker.

Dash is equipped with a toggle master shutoff for interior/exterior lighting.

Dashboard equipped Aluminum Panel 6 illuminated Rocker Switches with 12 volt outlet and 2 USB ports to charge or power your cellphone.

Built-in Illuminated digital Battery Monitor measures battery capacity and percent of charge.

Powertrain:

• Motor: “Bandit” Motor newly rebuilt and upgraded from Plum Quick
Motors out of South Carolina. Motor now has increased speed and
torque.
• New Motor Speed Sensor
• New Motor High Speed Magnet
• New MCOR 4 throttle potentiometer.
• New Extreme Duty High Amperage battery master shutoff switch
• New extreme duty 600 amp 48v Solenoid/Contactor
• New Navitas 600 Amp High Performance Motor Controller with optional
on-the-fly programmer allows you to adjust speed, acceleration, and
braking from the driver seat.
• All cables running between the battery, speed controller, and motor are
#2 gauge with all crimped, soldered, and heat shrunk copper
connectors.

Battery:

• Custom Built 14s 58.8v 180 Amp/Hr Li-NMC Lithium battery
• Built-In 16s capacity Battery Management System
• 2 built-in Class-T Fuse Blocks equipped with 400 amp fast-acting Class-
T Fuses. One connected in-line between cells 4 and 5 on the battery
and the other connected in-line between the battery and the speed
controller.
• Custom made Mig welded steel battery rack/mounting system.

Charger:

• New On-Board lithium 120v input 58.8 volt output (tuned down to
57.8v) SMART Lithium Battery Charger


This golf cart was a two-year build for me. I cut no corners and spared no expense on parts, materials, and labor .

Top speed is up to 35 mph.!!

I have gone on two-hour long 1/2-3/4 throttle nonstop rides with this cart and upon returning, the battery is at 70% state of charge. The lithium battery/charger allows you to charge quick (2.5-3hrs.) without having to run the battery all the way down like your typical lead acid batteries require.
