Heartland electric vehicle
My buddy was given this electric vehicle, and I was wondering if anyone has any information on it. It is a 48 volt cart, has 8 each 6 volt batteries and the batteries are from 2019, trying to get them all charged up now and see if the cart will run.
It is a Heartland Electric vehicle made in 2001 is what the data plate says. Last edited by BBissitt; 08-01-2022 at 08:44 AM.. Reason: wrong year |

Re: Heartland electric vehicle
Yes it is, and he was able to get the batteries charged up enough to get it to drive, and he says its so ugly he wants to get it up and running, I have warned him that parts will not be available, and the thing is heavy and he wants to use it at his campsite which has steep hills. this 48V vehicle is probably made for the street and not geared for hills, and will run the batteries down pretty quick.
