Default 2004 CC Precedent Fuse Panel Location

I posted this in the CC forum and probably should have posted it here. My apologies for the duplication.

apologies if this question has been answered here and I can't find it. I did use the search option by didn't see what I was looking for. I have a 2004 Precedent that is stock and I'm looking to add a few accessories. I ordered a voltage reducer from Scotty to go with a fuse panel I already had. Scotty advised locating the reducer in the pocket under the dash panel. I removed the dash panel this evening and found that location. Now I'm looking for an accessible dry spot for the fuse panel. I'm thinking about using the passenger dash pocket and making a small cover to go over it to protect it. I don't know that I will add a full dash cover. Is this a viable option, or is there a better one? Thanks!

This is how I did my fuse block. It works ok just covered terminal block with cover so I would not short out.

you can spend a tad more and get the fuse block that has the negative bus, makes things cleaner. I too mounted in that same location, fed by the 48-12v reducer behind the head light.

Mine is all mounted to the bulkhead of the battery compartment.

Gave me plenty of space to work and less wire to run.

Haha sorry about photo size. I keep forgetting to pick small and not original
