Looking for the best all around tires ?
I am looking for the best all around tires that will be good in the woods but also wear good on pavement. Any suggestions ? I am not saying that I won't end up in a mud hole but I do not go around looking for it.My kids will probably be driving it on country gravel roads the most and then we will be taking it back into the woods to hunt or just explore.
What has worked good for you ? Thanks, Raz |

Re: Looking for the best all around tires ?
I personally like the Duro Deserts or Carlisle All Trail for all around tires.I had duro's on my first cart and I went everywhere I needed to go in the woods, sand was easy to go through also.I have all trails going on mine now.Later,Richie

All Trails are great, I also really like my VTrax. They are a bit more aggressive Both of them great long wearing tires

I've been running Duro Deserts and have been very happy with them.

Mine have taken me anywhere I have pointed it. Sand, mud, water, rock crawling. You need to drop down to 3-4 psi and they perform great.

I like my 25" ITP mudlites, But They are Noisy and rough and low speeds on Highway but fun on the paths. If I did it again, I would probably buy some carlisle 489's.

Re: Looking for the best all around tires ?
I just put Carlisle 489's on the rear of my cart and what a difference. Wow.. it's great. Faster, don't have to air down offroad. I can't wait until I can put them on the front too. Really a huge improvement.
