1977 Harley Davidson 3 wheel golf cart won't start
The starter will not turn over. I have power coming off the solinod it also has power to all leads on the motor. The motor will not turn over. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Double check the bolts holding the starter together. If they spin freely, then you have to take the starter completely apart. I've seen them back out, get chewed up, and the pieces bind the starter.

Take the starter belt off and see if the starter turns in both directions.
