06 ezgo electric limo won't run

I bought a used 2006 ezgo limo about 6 months ago for a family house in FL. It's been sitting in my garage & just noticed the battery terminals were corroded. I took them out & clean the batteries & bought new wires & a fuse & reinstalled. Now it won't run. I still get the buzzing in reverse, but not wheel spin. I plugged the charger in & same thing. What have or haven't I done? I am new to carting & not good w/ electronics, so please explain in laymen terms. I'll can check the batteries when I get home, but they were charged & ran when I bought it. Thanks

Likely you reconnected something incorrectly.
You can compare to diagrams or test with a DMM whichever suits you.

I got it. Must have had it hooked up wrong. Thanks. Another question about head & tail lights. I have installed them, but haven't figured out the wiring. Is there a good video or diagram on this. It looks like it just plugs in, but there other wires that need to plug in. Maybe a pic would be better.
