1998 stock Club Car, 48-volt for sale
Looking for a new home for one of my carts. stock 2-seater, includes working Powerdrive charger. The batteries are 2006 exides and will need replaced. It runs, but when charging it hangs up at the 5 amp mark and will boil the batteries out if not manually unplugged. I have verified that it is not the charger at issue. (i have another cart with new crowns in them and hte charger works fine on that cart) I had the batteries picked up and checked over by the original supplier, they said that while there isn't much life left in them, they don't have any shorts in them. In trying to troubleshoot this issue, it keeps coming back to either the batteries or the controller. My lower back has been on the fritz for the past month or so, if i feel up to it, i may switch the new batteries in as a means to test the controller. I will post up some pictures soon. Also comes with 4 extra tires. Asking $1400 or best offer. In Easton PA, 484-894-7196 days only.
