Default What year or model western

This is supposedly an early 90's model. The numbers on the passenger rail are all rubbed out. Tried a crayon, pencial over paper, etc... nothing will get me the numbers. It is on a marathon chasis (three batteries on each side), 36volt. Has the infamous overdrive knob. Runs great, just picked it up last weekend. First time cart owner.

You should still be able to read the numbers in the frame, they are stamped in.
Here is a photo of a 1988 model:

I know they are stamped, but it has had something rub them entirely out. I have a few of the last numbers at home (I''m at work now). I'll post the couple numbers that were legible.

The serial number is 11 digits long, the first 6 are the ones I need to identify your cart.

I believe the last cart produced by Western was in late 2006, I doubt that you will be able to find anything for that cooler area. Your best bet would be to find a Western they are parting out or make one. It's just an insert and they were all the same size.

The only numbers I could get were the last ones 41310. At least that's what they looked like.

They are just the production numbers and not of much help. They built these carts from at least 1982 to 1989 and maybe more on both sides.
The complete chassis is Ezgo Marathon which was pretty much the same from 1980 to the mid 90's. The motors and electrical changed somewhat. Does it have a controller or is it solenoid operated?
What is it you want to know about the cart?

Heck, I don't know a controller from a solenoid. Just wanted to know the year and the model for future references.
