I feel like I must have done something wrong with my 500 amp Alltrax AND the D&D motor - considering I didn't even come close to 28mph with that combo... much less JUST the controller.

2 problems here - 1) You can find it for less from a dealer without much effort. 2) Adding a 400 amp controller will not give you speeds of 28mph without significantly more mods... sorry.

Last Alltrax 450 I bought was $414 shipped to my door. That seems a little high to me for a 400 amp. Might try ebay....there are always suckers on there who will buy anything.
