G19 stopped running. Any suggestions?

I have a Yamaha G19 with alltrax controller, stock motor. Starting acting up 2 months ago where it would die with the batteries being fully charged, then start working again. I thought it was the solenoid and replaced it. Thought it might have been the wires, replaced with 2 AWG and nothing. The controller lights up with no error codes. It launches forward intermittently then dies. No reverse. The reverse alarm works. I had a mobile repair guy come look at it, he replaced the accelerator switch which didnt do anything. He wanted to try replacing the key switch and forward/reverse switch next, but I doubt that is the problem. I also just replaced with all new batteries. Only thing left would be the controller or the motor?? But the mobile mechanic thinks they are both good. Any ideas?

An update, with the new batteries installed the motor is making a noise that sounds like water is dripping into a bucket with everything turned off, this is likely what drained the batteries
