Also, you have an “A1” on your controller. I don’t. I have a “M-“…

From what I understand from instructions is that you run red wires from solenoid positive and run green wires from controller B- for negative….see instructions

But what do i do about the black, orange and green wires from old fnr connections?

Your A2 and S2 are the only 2 big wires that are different. The rest are going to the same places. '09 Apache here. Hold up, just checked my pics and see the purple and yellow wires do go to B- on mine. I knew I was getting continuity between them just didn't know where they changed color. Now I do.

I was calling it A1 cause I couldn't see what the actual stamp was.

You're not going to be using those micro-switches any more. So you just twist the 2 wires on the front M/S together and put a wire nut on them and the same for the 3 wires on the back M/S.

Or just connect the the green/white into orange place and the black into the green spot on controller?

The wires on the M/S's are connected when the switch makes. They just disconnected when in neutral. Your neutral is going to be on the dash switch now so just connect them permanently now.

I'm saying, instead of twisting together, Taking green/white wire from mcor and plug directly in controller where orange wire comes out (discard orange wire). Same with the black coming out of mcor into controller where green comes out (discard green). Black wire coming out of mcor actually splits into black & white wires that plug into bottom 2 slots of the 2nd micro switch.

I would say yes to the above except for that diode I found today. The white and black go down in the harness about 6 inches then connect to a diode or something and then continue with a single black wire to the MCOR. So doing what you're talking about would by-pass that device, which might be necessary.

Also you can't just go straight to where the orange wire goes on the controller with the green wire because it splits off and goes to the small post on the solenoid as well.
