Yeah I paid in full too that date. You would think if something like that happened they would put that out there and be transparent about it. But, they are the only maker of a battery that I know of "off the shelf" that has something with current limits that should prevent shutdown of the BMS that I had with Roypow. So like you said, all we can do is wait....

I ordered in June and it took 2 months. They are projecting 3 month deliveries now. But I think it is worth the wait to get the a battery pack with the higher continuous current rating and pulse current rating.

snoop911. My 2017 original golf cart does not have a BMS. I believe my positive main lead comes from the solenoid and the negative main lead comes from the controller. The new Extreme Team battery pack has its own BMS... Therefore, if your golf cart has a BMS, I believe you can cut the wires per the instructions or remove it and sell it. Please don't take my word for this. Confirm it with a more knowledgeable person.

Well that's promising to hear. My current batteries can probably last until Sept (2 months after order date), Oct I may be pushing it home lol

ok I received a few parts to start working on my project
lets start of with the battery meter/SOC meter

the bezel on the meter is almost non existent
its literally a little over 1/16 of an inch
could it be any smaller

Also should I have received some kind of paper instructions someone said a USB drive
maybe ?

snoop911: YES, I got a thumb drive with instructions and a wiring diagram. I also got 2 pages of instructions for the gauge and shunt.

I just installed a Navitas 440 A controller. Everything seems to be working fine with the Extreme Team battery pack. I adjusted the "on the fly" programmer to all positions and got great performance. Top speed is 24 MPH with 18" tires. I drove it about 10 mile and consumed 20% of the battery capacity. At this point I really like the set up!

So my order status changed from "In Process" to "Pending Payment". Well, I paid in full back in July when I placed the order. So could this this be an indication that my order is close to shipping?!?!
