Default Icon Warranty work

Just curious if anybody has had any warranty work. If so how was your experience with Icon?

ICONs are noted for reliability and customer satisfaction... I own an I40
and am satisfied with it..

Why are you asking ....are you thinking of purchasing an ICON ?

ICONs are really good carts..

We are an Icon dealer here in Tampa...when we have a problem with an Icon they tell me not to touch it and bring it straight to them, they have never even asked what the problem was and just had me take it to them and bring it back to customer...last cart they even upgraded the customers cart with a Momo steering wheel and some other options that weren’t available at the customers time of purchase just for the inconvenience! We are a Yamaha dealer at heart and just recently picked up Icon but I will tell you from a dealer perspective they are top notch when it comes to customer service.

I have a 2020 Icon i60L that had an issue with the one of the welds on the front seat frame. Dealer obtained the part and had it fixed at my house within 2 days.

Which part was that? Just to have an idea, thanks.

That was good dealer response...so much for parts not being available
for ICON...

Thanks for sharing your story..

Happy cartin'
