Am I correct in stating that the green wire connects to I on the switch, which is also my + connection back to the solenoid.

Just want to be sure... Thank you! I'm running all new wire for the cart.

I've been following the directions and schematics, as well as, the attached picture. It's just finding the exact application with these upgraded parts on one document that's the most confusing. I'm at the stage of someone just saying 'put this wire here to here and you're done....'
There isn't a B- (Battery Minus or battery Negative) connection anyplace on the keyswitch. The Keyswitch switches B+ only!!!.

The mock-up looks okay. I'd bypass the reed switch in the charge receptacle.

B+ from reed switch bypass goes to "I" on the keyswitch and B+ out from keyswitch on "B" to controller and pedal switch.

That will have the controller powered up whenever the key is ON, which I think is a good idea.

Thank you Johnnie! You kept me from melting this thing! That's why I asked.
Taking out the rivet gun to finish this thing.

Took the wife out for the first lap around the neighborhood in the newly put back together ride... found out that my ambition to fit 205/65/10 wheels is just enough to rub like hell on most bumps, especially with 6 humans and 1 dog out for a cruise.

Guess I'm seeking a small lift, which may be cheaper than 4 new tires... other than that it's great to not have this thing in pieces from where i started. Looking forward to some black seats in the near future.

Looking at the
EZGO 4" INCH LIFT KIT - DROP AXLE
Part Number 608972

Do any of you know if this kit will fit this shuttle. I spoke to a retailer regarding this product and the person said that there isn't a kit for the shuttle, however a shuttle seems to just be a long txt.

Any help is appreciated.

That is the correct kit for the old style steering. Do you have cable brakes or hydraulic?

I have both.... the parking brake is cable and the driving brake is hydraulic. I've included pictures of the L&R of the axle.

Further research indicates that the front may be doable with the kit but i may need to do an old fashioned shackle lift on the rear? But would that mess up all the cables?

Problem you would have is the rear lift blocks used on a txt won’t clear the hydraulic lines on the brakes. Longer shackles would help some on the back and your leaf springs are shot. Replace those with some new hd ones and that will definitely help.

Thanks KGSC. Grabbing a pair of 74135-G01 springs.

Wonder if anyone has a good shackle product that is in use? Automotive type? Thinking 2-3" to accompany that 4" ezgo lift to level the cart with new hd springs...

I decided to abort the whole lift idea. After examining the height the cart would become to achieve clearance of the brake linkage, we'd be looking at a solid 6" . We're not willing to raise that center of gravity on this heavy cart to complete that install.
Decided to cut my losses on the tires (and maybe sell them locally) and purchase a set of low profile 205/50/10. The height of that tire/wheel is less than a new stock 18.5/8/8.
