Re: Club Car year identification
Based on the top, the seats and the side handles it's at least a 2000.5 and up. Based on the FnR lever it looks like its a Club car DS Series cart and the round charger plug indicates 48v. Unless someone upgraded the top and seats which is not too likely but has been done that's as far as I can narrow it down. Other than that not sure how anyone could tell without serial #.

Re: Club Car year identification
Thank you both. Any suggestions on what charger would be best to get for it?

Re: Club Car year identification
Are you sure it’s 48v? Is the charger plug round? It could be a 2001-2003 36v resistor cart.
It it’s a round plug, it will use an OBC controlled Powerdrive charger. |

Re: Club Car year identification
The owner said the batteries haven’t been charged in 6 months. Is there any chance they can be salvaged?

Re: Club Car year identification
Are they completely dead now? If so, they might be chargeable but their long term life is severely shortened. Find out if there’s any voltage at the pack at all and how old they are.
