2007 club car ds

I found a 07 cc ds electric for sale locally and just wanted to see if there is anything I should look for as in signs of abuse or anything like that. I do know that it was used on a golf course other than that not much. Also is this a good cart to mod up I don't want to spend my money on something that isn't going to suite my needs which would be just out cruising around the beach mostly but I would like to speed it up and lift it. I've never owned a cart before so any help will be appreciated.

Well yes. Cart is a little new for us.... 1-2yr old carts usually don't make it into the general public till they are older...... Probably why you didn't get much response. Why not check out some of the sponsor sites and see if the lift kits and wheels or speed mods that you want are available yourself
