troble with ds
have this club car ds has new batteries cables are tight i charge it runs about a mile feels like it wants to die big lost of power dont know what to do help thanks

Okay. So what was the pack voltage before you started the test ride and what was it after and how far did you go?

when i start its about 50.3 when im done iv havent chk. sorry running time its about a mile if that

I guess you could have a bad battery ? Check all of them for voltage? SG?

ok i found something that i have never sean i charge the cart runs for about 1 mile before going into a craw ok then i do a load test on batteries they are all good but the main positive on the batteries pack with load test drops down to 4 volts ok i change the batterie as soon as you hook the cables up do load test and again under load test volt drops only on that batterie take tha cables off that batterie and do load test you get 7 volt but all other 5 batterie all good under load i tested the old batterie out of cart load test 7 volt something is draining that batterie any clue

I had one with simular problem. Customer had repaired charge wire and connected to battery #5...#6 never got charged. Cart would go about 1/2 mile and die

Ok But Why The Drop In Voltage In My Case The Wires Are Right Its Only With That Batterie
