Default Columbia ParCar won't

I have a 36 volt that belongs to a friend and he was driving it and it quit. It won't do anything when pushing the throttle in forward or reverse. I checked the battery voltage and it has 37.5 volts I tested the relays and they check good off the cart but will not click when on the cart. I checked the resistance on pot switch and it seam to be working. There is a micro switch on the pot and it is not working I think it go to back up beeper. Where should I go next.

The switch on the potbox is what tells the unit that the pedal is being pressed. The resistance tells it how fast to go. So if the switch isnt closing it doesnt know you want to move.

There is two wires going to the micro switch one of the is hot the other seam to be ground so I use a wire and hooked them to gather. I can not find the vin number but by the wiring diagram it is mud 90s. It also seam to have a draw because when I hook up the neg cable I get a big spark even with the large cables to relay un hooked.
