Re: Roady89's Controller Boost
Ran a 40v lithium pack boost and arc welded a tired HD contactor , used my back up kill switch , it's a flaming river 2000 amp ,12v race car switch , got me home switching it on and off ,even from a dead stop a few times. It's a big sob, but a good thing to include ,if you plan on daisy chaining battery packs

Re: Roady89's Controller Boost
Did you GPS your top speed before welding the solenoid closed?

Re: Roady89's Controller Boost
It does about 15 on a fresh 36v pack ,19 to 20 on 48 a 60v nominal pack brings about 31 tops and a 72v (80 to 82 off the chargers) brings 35 with roof in place.this is with 10" club car alloys and street tires.

Re: Roady89's Controller Boost
I have trojan t105's for 36volts and a D and D motor. Could I add two 12 volt trojans to boost to 60 or should I stick with the same t105's? When you mean mix and match do you mean type, voltage, brand or all of the above?
