Main Battery Wiring on Club 48 Volt
For right now I just need to know if the white wire coming from the controller is the hot wire fhat connects to the end of the series and is the black one from the controller is the ground from the opposite end on the series of batteries on a Club Car with the Serial # A9549-477461 and is that big flat piece with the wires I mentioned and some going to the motor is really the controller? I just want to make sure I don't cross wire anything while I am checking to see if it works before I go out and buy a manual. Hopefully then I won't have to ask as many questions I should know. I am new at this. Ken

Re: Main Battery Wiring on Club 48 Volt
Careful, Ken. It's easy to do serious damage mis-wiring one of these components. If you want help identifying components post their picture here and we can help. The flat thin one with the Neg - battery cable going through it is the OBC. On board computer. the larger rectangular box to the passenger side of it is the controller. hope this helps.... A full diagram or your 1995 CC is in the stickies at the top of this section. Happy Carting!

Re: Main Battery Wiring on Club 48 Volt
I just went to the stickies page and looked up the wiring diagram and how to read my serial number. Thank you. This is the most accurate and easy to understand help I think I have ever received from anything on the internet. Thank you, Ken
