Default 2004 ez go txt- please help!

Hello, I am new to this forum and have turned to you guys for some help! I picked up a used 2004 36V EZ GO TXT from a guy who was in the process of restoring it. Ran great on and off after I placed new batteries in it. Then, it would run normal for a few days, then all of a sudden not move when pressing the pedal; would only go to a slow crawl barely 1mph. Let it sit a day, come back and it works fine. Ran it a couple days straight since then, worked fine, and then randomly it stopped again the other day and now has not ran since. Turn the key on, the solenoid clicks, press the pedal and get nothing more than a 1 mph crawl in forward and reverse. So far I have replaced the batteries, did a load test, put a meter to everything possible, all voltage is strong and full. Showing 39V going into the controller. Replaced solenoid, so that’s brand new. Replaced all wiring and connections. I am now beginning to wonder if it would be the FWD/Reverse panel? The reverse buzzer beeps loud and strong when in reverse. Or maybe the ITS sensor/ microswitch in the throttle box under the floor panel? This is all just from doing research, I am 100% green when it comes to golf carts and electrical, just learning as I go. You guys are the pros! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Right off the bat I would suspect motor speed sensor, but run through the other options first. Others will be along to help.
