A few things to check: Throttle linkage and cables - carb butterfly has to open up. Check for spark. Check for fuel. Check compression. Let us know what you find.

As best I can tell it’s getting gas. Plug has fuel on it. And gas is appearing in air box. Butter fly is opening. Tried 2 different plugs. And linkage should fine it’s not been messed with. Does make a weird clicking from time to time. Can u check compression without gauge

Start with basics. Put the cart in maintenance mode. Remove the spark plug then plug the spark plug back into the coil wire, put the end of the spark plug against the casing and turn the cart over. Look for spark. If you have spark reinstall the spark plug. Then check fuel. Remove the gas line at the carb and turn the cart over in maintenance mod again, put a small glass jar under the fuel line, as the cart turns over you will get small amounts of fuel coming into the jar, it pulses fuel, it’s not continuous. If that’s all good you will need a compression tool, you may be able to borrow one from a auto store with a deposit.
