Th stop mount and bottom mount is what I change. I added to the bottom and removed the top mount and add a new top mount. This works like a charm, back suspension is soft with no air and stiff when air is added.

Here’s my next question. Has anyone just removed the front shock 100% to make the front end a softer ride?

FYI

I did use just one air inlet, I didn’t split the two. Keep in mind these shocks ca take allot of pressure. You will only use about 25 to 30 lbs when airing them up. By using just one inlet you have the same amount in both shocks.

I did this mod with the air shocks for one reason, for when I have 4 passengers. If I only had a two seater I would have just removed the back springs.

I just removed the front shocks. Seems to be a softer ride when hitting bumps. Any thoughts on that?

Now I’m going to drill a hole in the front shock to remove the oil. Then I will reinstall them as a fake shock. They will do nothing but look like a shock.

In the front I have removed the oil from the shocks and I have removed the heavy duty front leaf spring. In the front I went back to a stock leaf spring. To help with spacing on the front tire from rubbing I have made a 3/4 aluminum spacers above the spring plus a have another 3/4 aluminum spacer from the kit that moves your front tires forward. I will attach pictures of the front later this week. I will say this. The cart is 100% better when driving on the roads. The cart now is a soft ride. All this work was definitely worth the time. Not much money just time.
