this is what I have and it came from my 96 series cart in working order when I upgraded. You'll need to get a few things from a hardware store to mount the micro switches. I'm assuming you have the stand ( I had to use mine when I upgraded ) and all other hardware from the lever. I take paypal and will ship usps priority with tracking. Let me know if it will work for you
