Default Pack Volt question

So with the attached chart at what 36 volt reading should I expect my cart to stop moving? 97 ezgo 36 volt series with 500 amp LGS controller, plum quick purple rewound for torque, 2g cables, hd solenoid, hd switch cam. Wife likes to drive it around the sub when I am at work and I want to make sure she gets it home before it is lifeless. I have a digital volt meter hooked to a momentary switch so she can press it and see what the voltage is. Does anyone have a guestimate so I can let her know when it is time to get the cart home.

Readings immediately after driving will be low because the pack is still
"recovering" but if you let it sit for 10 minutes or so....
You don't want to go below 37.12 volts
You really don't want to go below 36.72 volts.
You NEVER EVER want to go below 36.31 volts.
That's my understanding of it.
Happy Trails,
Russ

She should never see less than 36v with her foot OFF the gas....... They are your batteries, I would cut her off there to save the pack from being drawn down deeply which results in fewer cycles before replacement. There is nearly 100 minutes of run time in a good pack.... she needs to find something else to do Mix some laundry in

Thanks for the info my pack is old so i am going to replace it in a few months. A dealer near me has reconditioned batteries that he says are 200 amp????? $55.00 each. Has anyone had good or bad luck with reconditioned. Is it worth it or should I just wait a little longer and save up for new ones?

200amp is on the small side and $55 is close to Sam's club prices. Save up a little and go for new, much better deal.
