Default Wiring question for accesories

I recently bought a '99 Club car, electric, that came with a ton of add ons already in place. It has a 3" lift, stereo and speakers, custom paint, wheels and tires and alot of LED running lights. It is pretty set up and I believe I got a good deal.....

BUT, after I got it home I realized I had to put new rear leaf springs because the ones on there were bent, thats done. The guy that had it, had wires showing all over the place so I have been taking my time and hiding all the wires, which brings me to the question. It seems the LED's are all just tied directly to the batteries posts. Is this proper or should I have one larger wire going to a fuse block or something that will have all the LED lights and radio wiring. The lights all have there own toggle switch that turns them on and off by section. I hope this is good discription. Thanks in advance for the help.

wiring depends on if there is a voltage reducer......what voltage 36 or 48? anyways from your post it sounds like its a 36 volt if wires are going to batteries.....regardless you never ground anything to frame or anywhere other than batteries........so if theres a radio i don,t think its running off of 16 volts that would cook it. but 2 six volt batts give you the 12 volts you need........can you check all other acc. wiring are they all going to battery pack? look for a reducer also in case its a 48 volt cart cause you can get away with running lights off of 16 volts...........................

I knew I would forget something, it is a 48 volt. I will look for a reducer of sorts. Thanks
