Are they 12V lights and do they have removable bulbs?

Yes they are 12 volt. No they are not replaceable bulbs. It is a sealed led light.

I'm afraid I don't understand. If they are already LED lights why do you want to change them? Are you wanting brighter ones?

You do know that the factory headlight bezel has a replaceable #886 halogen bulbs, right?
#886 LED replacement bulbs can be had at pretty much any auto store, Wally World, and of coarse the Internet.

I thought the general consensus was that led replacement bulbs in non led housings did not work very well due to the difference in light output on the reflectors?

You have to have a focused beam LED. Just a plain LED will be bright like a fog light but have no foresight....(Frontward beam broadcast)

I’ll have to check them out, the 55w bulbs I currently have are awfully hungry for my small accessory battery.

Hey Nole, do you know of any focused beam LED 886 bulbs? If not can you recommend a bulb type to swap out? I see what you mean about the foresight....and I dont see any focused 886 bulbs out there.
