Default OEM Charger won't charge. ERROR CODE: 3 short RED flashes, 1 long GREEN

I plugged my buggy in a couple days ago and when I went to use it today, I was half dead. I thought my charger might have been unplugged but it was not.

When I plug the charger into the buggy, the light flashes 3 times real fast and then it turns green for about 2 seconds and goes off. Nothing happens aft that and it is not charging at all.

Any Ideas?

It is a 36V system and it is at 37V. I have measured each battey and each one is show over 6V. Under a load though the voltage is dropping by 8 volts down to 28 volts. The battery meter on the dash is showing 50%

Based on your at-rest voltages, I'm betting your QE charger has moved on to charger heaven. I have a whole pile of those dead chargers.
