Workhorse with tail lights
Today when I was starting to install EZGO TXT tail lights on my Workhorse, I noticed the back body on it was more flat than a regular TXT body. Before cutting up the body I wanted to check with the Workhorse experts here and make sure these TXT tail lights will work. I thought somewhere I had seen TXT tail lights on a workhorse but I can't find any pictures of a workhorse with them. All the Workhorse lights seem to be more vertical than the TXT.

Re: Workhorse with tail lights
I can't speak for the Workhorses, but I know that the panel that the lights mount on the Club Cars is almost as flat as a ruler. There is a little bit of contour to it, but not much at all.

Re: Workhorse with tail lights
The txt lights don't really work with the workhorses. However,,,Yours is going to be jacked up so high in the air, I don't think the tires are ever going to get to where the lights are. it may work that way.

Re: Workhorse with tail lights
I didn't know if the txt body was more curved than the workhorse. Near the bottom edge of the TXT, it looks to be more roundierish than the workhorse. But where the lights go they are both kind of similair. Think the template will still work for the workhorse?

Re: Workhorse with tail lights
I don't think the txt lights will work well in the workhorse fenders, those fenders are real flexible so you may be able to make them work but the bottom line is they are not made for that application and that won't change no matter how many times you ask that question.

Re: Workhorse with tail lights
Are you sure about that?
Thanks for the help! It never hurts to ask. EZGO uses interchangeable parts on all their carts, figured this may just be one of those cases. Obviously it's not considering the Workhorse tail lights are flat. So now the question is, where in the heck can I find the workhorse tail lights? |
