Can anyone tell me what kind of automotive shock I can use with a 4 inch lift

What are the dimensions of the current shock?

1990 ezgo marathon , front shock is ext- 12.75 all the way down it's 8.5, rear shocks ext- 10.5 all the way down 7.25

Are those measurements with the shocks removed? Do you need those exact sizes? Like in Monroe or Gabriel brand?

Yes shocks removed, I'm going to put a 4 inch block lift on need to know if anyone has done this and what size shock they used

I think most people use shock stud extenders as the shocks on the golf carts are more like a damper than a gas charged automotive shock
