Re: Custom Cart Build!!
I have a question. I need to get some kind of external fuel pump for this thing because I have a buggy tank and the stock GSXR fuel pump will not fit in my tank. Do you guys know what kind of fuel pump I could use? Does it matter how many GPH/ psi?

Re: Custom Cart Build!!
hey guys, havent been on here in a while i've been busy on everything!
Here's what I've gotten done. - New Tires and Wheels mounted - Got stock fuel pump (43 psi) and modified my tank for it to fit - Welded up Shifter linkage mounts - Relocated Fuel Tank - Cut off muffler because it wouldn't fit right, i'll have to get a new custom one welded on - Hooked up radiator tubing I'm going to get a new shifter cable today as mine snapped but I will be taking pictures ASAP, this thing is almost ready to roll |

Re: Custom Cart Build!!
Thanks Bill!! I really appreciate it, a lot of people are shocked to find out that I'm only 19 years old but I have a strong drive for this stuff. I love it, and I love learning about the mechanics of everything as I go along!!

That thing started life as a golf cart? Do you have any pics of the body for it?

Re: Custom Cart Build!!
It did start off as a golf cart but unfortunately the first picture on this thread is how i bought it. What I do know is that it was a mid- 90's EZ-go, judging by the one marking i found on the dash and the steering linkage!
